Competitors will take part on the EKAG after completing the application form and fee payment
Clubs should submit the application form no later than JUNE 30th, 2012
Entry fee for one person is 50 EU /including accommodation and meals/. The number of 20 competitors will be one person free.
Detailed applications must be submitted by August 20th,2012 and entry fee must by paid by August 30th, 2012 |

| Accommodation: | will be provided on student hostel Purkyňova /max. 10 min.from stadium/ from Sept.10-13th, 2012 |
| Meals: |
half board /breakfast and dinner/ is on the same place as accommodation, the first meal is dinner on Sept 10th and last one is on Sept 13th, 2012 |

will paid by the participants themselves |
| Prices: |
all participants will receive a commemorative certificate and medal. Competitors in the 1st-3rd places in each category will receive diploma and medal In conclusion will be declared the best performance in each category |
| Opening Cremony: |
on Monday Sept 10th, 2012 on the athletics stadium – from each club max.5 persons |
